SUMMARY:TFI Summer Symposium- Train for Life with Empower Health America
DESCRIPTION:Terrie Reeves of Empower Health America presents a one-day workshop to the TFI Class of 2023 and our Alumni Fellows. Terrie will guide our Fellows to understand how they are showing up in their life and\nwork\, and determine if it is in alignment with\nwhat is ideal for them. 3 part retreat focus:\nPart One - The study of self: self-awareness\,\nself-regulation\, life balance\, self-care\, the mind body connection\, stress management\, emotional\nintelligence\, and resiliency\nPart Two - Group dynamics: group norms and\nvalues\, mutual learning and team building\, and\nmanaging conflict and challenging situations\nPart Three - Design Your Ideal Action Plan\nTERRIE REEVES - FACILITATOR BIO\nTerrie is the Founder of Empower Health America (EHA)\, a\nresearch and education-based consulting firm that\nprovides consulting\, coaching\, and educational\nprogramming and training focused on empowering\norganizations\, leaders\, teams\, and employees to THRIVE.\nTerrie is a social scientist and organization development\npractitioner with over 25 years of business and consulting\nexperience. She has worked with a wide range of clients\nand has designed and implemented over 200 programs\nfocused on individual\, team\, and organizational change.\nShe is also a credentialed Yoga Alliance master-level\neducator and offers training and certification programs\nin mindfulness\, yoga\, and integrated health and wellbeing. You will see Terrie's research around psychological\ncapital\, emotional intelligence\, human performance\,\nresiliency\, team building\, health\, well-being\, and\nreadiness to change integrated into the retreats she\nfacilitates. Terrie loves facilitating\, but her retreats are\nnot a spectator sport\, so be prepared to get involved.
