SUMMARY:TFI's 2026 Summer Symposium Days 1 and 2
DESCRIPTION:Teaching Fellows Institute - July 27-29\, 2026\n\nOn Day 1 and Day 2 of TFI's Summer Symposium\, TFI's Class of 2026 will explore various aspects of Artificial Intelligience during the workshop entitled\, “Humanizing Teaching and Learning in the Age of AI: Finding Your Ethical Stance as an Educator.” The workshops facilitator is Angela Watson\, Founder of Truth for Teachers and instructional coach\, who will help teachers develop a personal ethical stance on AI use.  Other topics will include how to analyze AI's potential impact on schools\, understand how AI works and where it falls short\, examine ethical impications for educators\, address privacy\, bias and equity concerns\, provide opportunity to practice hands-on use of teacher and student AI tools and additional topics.\n\n
