| 1. TFI took the knowledge and the increased technology comfort level gained last year along with new programming methods to best meet the needs of our Fellows and maximize their effectiveness in the classroom. From continuing fully virtual programming to hybrid programming to safely returning to fully in-person programs this was a year full of valuable and effective learning 2 Even in the midst of Mecklenburg’s coronavirus response, TFI was able to add an additional 28 Fellows bringing our total Fellows to well over 400 Fellows. 3. In an era of nonprofit management change, the steady management of TFI’s Executive Director received county-wide recognition being named to The Charlotte Ledger’s 40 Over 40 List for 2021 4. By capturing our programs on video and making them available free to all on TFI’s YouTube channel, TFI’s reach further expanded as can be seen in our robust YouTube analytics each month (November 2021 results): 975 Views and 7,084 Minutes Watched and annually: 9804 views, 62,200 watch time minutes. In December 2021 alone, TFI offered three engagements enjoyed by over 25% of TFI Alumni Fellows and their families. 5. TFI again received recognition as 2021 Top Nonprofit by Great Nonprofits, the leading platform for socially-sourced ratings based on 2021 reviews by our Fellows. TFI continued its Platinum Rating on Guide Star (where our detailed financial information is available). |
