Summary
Guests will embark on a decade-long journey around the world in search of solutions that challenge the old industrial model of American education. The Death Of Recess brings audiences face to face with the origins of our education system, reveals practices that are suppressing childhood creativity & adult mobility, and explores how we can better innovate and adopt proven, best practices that expand & accelerate upward mobility for GenZ.

The filmmaker spent a week in Charlotte filming at CMS, interviewing its educators, business partners, students, and alumni who leveraged innovative CMS high school programs to realize upward economic and social mobility as adults.  The Death Of Recess suggests these Charlotte high school programs are part of an American solution.
